For Our Clinicians:
Care teams now can have a peace of mind knowing their participants have access to uninterrupted measurements, and be able to proactively track, identify, and reach out to participants that are in the Offline Mode. With zero data gaps, manual tracking of participants has become a breeze. We even give participants a “proactive nudge” when participants have gone offline for too long!
For Our Participants:
With or without internet access, participants can now continue to take their customised scheduled vitals measurements, receive alert notifications and track their health progress. Data is synchronised automatically with zero participants’ effort. In fact, they may not even notice when they go offline!
