A global executive with consistent proven track records, Aileen Lai spent most part of her career in Healthcare and Life Science in bring technology and innovation towards improving care. Her vast experience across HIS, EMR, CMS, EHR, PHR and BI/DW built up extensive domain knowledge and deep understanding of challenges in healthcare industry. 

During her previous portfolio as COO of iHealth Labs, she built a remote patient monitoring platform. HealthBeats® is founded post management buy-out of the platform. HealthBeats® is also the authorised global distributor of iHealth Labs and AndesFit's globally approved and award winning IoT medical devices. 

HealthBeats® has been successfully deployed and at-scale across multiple healthcare settings (public, acute, primary and remote care), use-cases and diseases. With support and trust from our health providers and patients, HealthBeats posted positive cashflow in its 2nd year of operations and positive cashflow and profitability in its 3rd year of operations.

Amy graduated with a LL.B (Hons) from the University of Sheffield, UK and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor, Malaysia in 2003.

Prior to coming to Singapore in 2010, Amy practised law in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of a Legal 500 Asia Pacific law firm in Malaysia, where she handled a spectrum of banking and finance, and corporate and commercial matters, including corporate joint ventures and shareholding structures and agreements.

Amy started her in-house career in Singapore as regional legal counsel with FCI Asia (now Amphenol), and prior to joining HealthBeats®, served as the regional legal counsel and senior legal manager of iHealth Labs Singapore and Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific (now FUJIFILM Business Innovation Asia Pacific) where her regional advisory, drafting and negotiation experience (including contentious and non-contentious matters and global bid pursuits) expanded to cover over 13 jurisdictions across Asia Pacific.

Zhi Feng is a dedicated and dynamic Software Engineer with more than a decade of experience under his belt.

He has a passion for creating meaningful work that delivers real value to users and stakeholders alike. He believes that technology should not only serve a functional purpose but also enhance the overall experience of its users. This philosophy drives him in every project he undertakes, ensuring that he remains focused on the end goal while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving.

His technical expertise, combined with his leadership skills, allowed him to take on increasing responsibilities, leading to his current role as a Technical Manager. In this capacity, he mentors and guides emerging talent, fostering an environment where innovation is not only encouraged but celebrated.

With a deep expertise in UX/UI, Weng's creative vision and strategic approach ensure the creation of user-centric, compelling, and engaging experiences. His strong problem-solving skills and versatility allow him to excel in both individual and collaborative efforts, bringing unique value to each project.

Driven by curiosity and a keen eye for emerging UX trends and aesthetics, Weng is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of design and achieving excellence in every project.

Weng led the design of the Remote Patient Monitoring react-native app at iHealth and continues to shape the industry at HealthBeats®, where he spearheads the design of their native Remote Patient Monitoring app. He is responsible for upholding exceptional design standards within the healthtech sector—from app development to healthtech exhibitions—delivering impactful solutions that improve lives.
